ABOUT US
Nolin Milling, Inc. is a steel fabricator specializing in dry bulk material handling equipment including spouting, valves, slide gates, adjustable spout ends and accessories. Our other major product line is industrial ductwork for air and dust handling. Our equipment is used in all 50 states and over 40 countries worldwide. We are located on seventeen acres in Dickens, Iowa, with more than 100,000 square foot of manufacturing facilities.
OUR HISTORY
HOW IT BEGAN
Nolin Milling was formed in 1974 when Karl, Carol and the rest of the Nolin family built a soybean processing plant to produce oil and meal. Nolin Milling, Inc.’s name was established in 1979 when the Nolins started steel fabrication and printed their first price list offering material handling equipment. One of Karl and Carol's sons Brook, who grew up with the company, joined the business after he completed college in 1995.Nolin Milling's first products were Flanges, Elbows and Square to Round Transitions. One of our early innovations was an Adjustable Spout End which simplified the installation of grain spouts, and our patented Premium Valve line has made a vast improvement with valves.
TODAY
We have a state of the art manufacturing factory to work steel from 14 gauge through quarter inch plate. Our equipment includes four lasers, two high definition plasma tables, computerized rolling equipment, automatic seam welding equipment, press brakes, stamping equipment and a complete line of steel fabricating equipment.In addition to the items listed in our catalog, we build custom equipment. With our quality people and state of the art equipment, we provide quality equipment at a reasonable price. We are known for our RED HOT SERVICE.
